Refunds

Courses, Reiki Sessions, Readings and Spells are considered services and due to the time and energy Mama Luna invest in them, non-refundable. 

 

Live Chat Readings and Reiki Sessions:

Appointments can be rescheduled 24 hours before the planned session without any extra fees. If we make an appointment for a specific time and you are either too late or you fully fail to be present, there will be no chance for a refund since this time spot got reserved for you only and it is your responsibility to attend that chat reading on time. 

Please note that all appointments are scheduled according to Mama Luna’s time zone in Germany (GMT+2)! It’s your responsibility to look up at what time the appointment would be according to your time zone.

 

Crystal Flash Sales, IG Sales & Live Sales:

When you comment "sold" or "mine" you're agreeing to pay for that item. Items that you claimed during the sale must be paid for within 24 hours of invoicing. Backing out of a live sale order or ignoring invoices/reminders will have your order terminated and your account blocked from our Instagram live sales. 

All Sales (also on this website) are final and due to their uniqueness non-refundable.

 

Open Boxes:

In order to reduce your total shipping costs, we offer OPEN BOXES. You may keep an OPEN BOX for as long as you wish.  As with all purchases, payments for purchased items will be due within 24 hours of invoicing. Payment for shipping will be bundled and billed when your box is filled or you ask us to ship.

 

Payment Plans: 

We offer payment plans for amounts over $250.
The amount you owe will be divided into three or four equal weekly payments (unless discussed otherwise). The first instalment of the total order is due within 24 hours of invoicing.  Payments are DUE EVERY 7 days after the first payment, thereafter for three additional weeks. We will ship your order / fulfill your service once you've paid it off.  We do not remind you to pay. It is your obligation to pay ON TIME. If you do not have your invoice paid in full within 30 days of the initial invoice or do not respect our agreement in any way, you will be charged a 35% no-show fee of the total amount.  Any additional amounts that you paid will be refunded to you and we may limit your participation in future sales. You must be approved, prior to a purchase to utilize our Payment Plan. Please contact us in advance if you think you may wish to utilize this in an upcoming sale or for an order.  If you have been approved for a payment plan in the past, you may use this option for future sales, unless we state otherwise. 

In terms of payment plans for live events; Retreats; limited time or availability offers; or similar, the following applies:
Deposits are of non-refundable nature and required as reservation fees to secure your spot for the event or offer. Any other following payments made or instalments sent can be refunded 100% within 48 hours of transfer, or 50% of the amounts until 4 weeks before the event. Short term cancellations (less than 4 weeks until the event) will not be refunded to protect our work since your spot is secured for you only.

Everyone has unexpected hardships that arise from time to time.  Should this be the case, please contact us to discuss your booking. In all instances, please only purchase items & services that you can afford and can pay for on time.  By utilizing our payment plans, you agree to the above terms. 

 

Ethical Considerations

You must be at least eighteen years of age to obtain a reading, or participate in any of my courses. Purchasing a product or a service from my store is your acknowledgement that you are at least eighteen years of age.

I do readings for 16+ year olds but only with the permission of a parent.

I will not do anything to take advantage of my clients. I do not judge anyone, and all adults are welcome regardless of race, culture, gender, lifestyle choices, religion, etc. However, if a client were to become particularly dark in intention or energy, for example if they become abusive, I will refuse the service without a refund. That has never happened because the vast majority of my clients seem to be beautiful individuals, for which I am very grateful. I am blessed to be able to do this work and I treat it like a sacred trust.

Disclosure of Limitations

A tarot reading or spiritual consultation should never be used in place of professional advice. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading from Mama Luna purport to. You should not rely on a tarot reader to make decisions that would affect your mental, legal, financial or medical conditions. If you need guidance in these areas PLEASE seek out a licensed professional. Our readings can only give you guidance on how to cope with a situation on a spiritual level.

Change of Terms

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Website is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
