Refunds

Courses, Reiki Sessions, Readings and Rituals are considered services and due to the time and energy Mama Luna invests in them, non-refundable.

All Crystal / Gemstone Sales are final and due to their uniqueness also non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Your Readings or Reiki-Session treatment spots are reserved especially for you.

We value your trust and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total of your scheduled service. Clients who are late to or fully miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service (including all bookings via payment plans - no exception!).

We recognize the time of our clients, Mama Luna and our team is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

When you book with Mama Luna, you are agreeing to these policies.

 

Please note that all appointments are scheduled according to Mama Luna’s time zone in Spain (GMT+2)! It’s your responsibility to look up at what time the appointment would be according to your time zone.
